Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to support their Executive Director. This is a high-trust role requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, responsiveness, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced executive environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience supporting a CEO, Executive Director, President, or comparable senior executive and iscalm under pressure, highly organized, professional, and comfortable taking initiative.
Manage and prioritize a complex executive calendar, including meetings, conferences, travel, and other commitments.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts, competing priorities, and the Executive Director's needs.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials, technology, and follow-up.
Coordinate business travel, conferences, accommodations, and transportation.
Support Board of Directors meetings, scheduling, materials, and logistics.
Manage and prioritize correspondence and time-sensitive communications.
Interact professionally with Board members, senior leadership, government officials, business partners, and other stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.
Provide administrative support for special projects and organizational initiatives.
Maintain executive contacts, records, documents, and other important information.
Provide support to other senior executives as needed.
3+ years of experience supporting a CEO, Executive Director, President, or similar senior executive.
Strong experience managing a complex calendar and competing priorities.
Exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, and attention to detail.
Highly proactive, responsive, and accountable work style.
Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and follow tasks through to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and virtual meeting platforms.
$75,000-$100,000 salary range
