Soni Resources Group in New York, NY is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the division's co-founder, managing calendar, correspondence, events, logistics and academic program activities.

You will coordinate high-level domestic and international meetings, travel and conferences, handle sensitive communications with discretion, and help implement office processes to improve efficiency while partnering with senior leaders and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Directly oversees event management needs related to conferences and travel.
  • Coordinates high level domestic and international meetings, events, and conferences calls.
  • Handles communications and logistics for presentations, speaking appearances and publications.
  • Serves as point of contact for the Professor’s high level inquiries and responds to complex inquiries based on policy.
  • Receives, reviews and makes appropriate disposition of correspondence.
  • Researches, writes and proofreads high level correspondence, using independent judgment and attention to detail.
  • Manages the office’s entire electronic correspondence database, including incoming and past correspondence.
  • Independently manages and executes projects in support of the academic program initiatives.
  • Serves as the first point of contact and “go-to” person and resolves any issues working closely with senior leaders in various departments as well as with external constituents.
  • Creates internal office processes and reviews current processes for improvement and efficiencies.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office while exercising independent discretion and judgment.
  • Works closely with and attends to inquiries from international agencies by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
  • Responsible for preparation, analysis and audit of departmental travel and expenses reports.

Our client, a education organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will support the co-founder of a division within the organization, and will be responsible for managing calendar, correspondence, events, logistics, academic program, scheduling, expenses, and other professional activities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
