A prestigious Private Equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a C-level Executive. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree and over 8 years of experience in administrative support.

$160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

About the Role

This position allows for the individual to interface with all areas of the business and requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, a positive and professional personality, very strong attention to detail, and a proactive work style. As Executive Assistant you will provide high levels of administrative and operational support to a C-level Executive and will be a key member of a collaborative, administrative team, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies.

Responsibilities

  • Meticulously manage travel arrangements and timely expense reporting; strong collaboration with leaders and support teams aligned to the Office of the C-Suite
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement executive-related meeting & event logistics onsite and offsite
  • Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues. This includes sustaining a daily calendar of meetings and events.
  • Dealing with firm's high-level clientele

Qualifications

  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, work unsupervised, and manage a varied workload
  • Ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
  • Working well under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion
  • Timely and professional responsiveness to inquiries and requests with diligent and detailed follow through

Required Skills

  • BA/BS required
  • 8+ years of administrative support in a corporate environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced organization and manage multiple tasks and conflicting and changing priorities with little direction
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Pay range and compensation package

$160,000-$200,000 paid overtime and bonus. Medial, Dental, 401(k) match, Commuter benefits,
