  • Oversee a dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
  • Manage communications and act as a liaison with internal and external contacts.
  • Track projects, deadlines, and priorities across multiple business entities.
  • Assist with personal scheduling, travel, and other confidential matters.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and support special projects.
  • Maintain confidential records and leverage technology to improve efficiency.
  • Accompany the President on select business trips as needed.

Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the President, who leads multiple businesses. This role requires a resourceful professional who can manage shifting priorities, streamline day-to-day operations, and serve as a trusted partner across both professional and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities
