The Executive Assistant supports the Founder & CEO directly across the parent entity and the operating portfolio. This is a high‑trust, high‑context seat: you manage the calendar, inbox, meeting flow, travel, and operational hygiene that lets the Founder lead across multiple entities without losing focus.
The Executive Assistant works closely with the Director of Field Operations, the Operations Manager, and the Executive Growth Partners across all Divisions. This is not a scheduling seat. You are an operating partner to the Founder.
$65,000 - $70,000 per year
