Our client, a vertically integrated commercial real estate, construction, development, and property management company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished administrative professional who is passionate about executive support, project coordination, and keeping a high-performing organization running efficiently.

The Executive Assistant is a confident communicator, exceptional writer, and trusted business partner who operates independently while managing confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.

What You’ll Do

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll play a critical role in supporting executive operations and ensuring priorities remain on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities for the CEO.
  • Draft, edit, and manage executive correspondence, emails, presentations, and business communications with exceptional grammar and professionalism.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, managing confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and special events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials, and executive documentation.
  • Track projects, action items, and deadlines while providing proactive follow-up to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, records, and important documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with internal leadership, business partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate executive needs and resolve issues before they become obstacles.
  • Support special projects and administrative initiatives across multiple business divisions.
What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for an experienced Executive Assistant who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. You should enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and where your ability to stay organized directly contributes to executive success.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Paralegal background preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C‑suite executives or senior leadership.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with flawless English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Typing speed of at least 70 WPM.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive business information.
  • Professional, polished demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience supporting executives in commercial real estate, property management, construction, development, finance, or related industries are strongly encouraged to apply. We’re seeking someone with a history of long‑term employment who is looking to build a lasting career with a growing organization.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant position—it’s an opportunity to become a trusted partner to the CEO of a growing real estate organization. You’ll gain exposure to executive decision‑making, high‑level business operations, and cross‑functional initiatives while working alongside an experienced leadership team.

The company values initiative, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. If you’re someone who takes ownership, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys solving problems before they arise, you’ll thrive in this role.
