Assistant – Los Gatos, CA
Location: Onsite & Remote
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)
This is an hourly position for $30.00/per hour

This role is flexible—we’re open to both full-time and part-time candidates, depending on the right fit and their availability.
You’ll be supporting both business and personal tasks, helping to streamline operations, manage communication, and keep things moving efficiently—without needing constant direction. This role is ideal for someone independent, proactive, and comfortable jumping between priorities.
This role is located in Los Gatos, CA, and candidates must be able to come onsite.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Support & Outreach: Send emails, track contacts in CRM, source new leads, and manage LinkedIn outreach.
- Data & Admin Support: Assist with client data needs, organize information, and handle occasional reporting tasks.
- Scheduling & Follow-Ups: Keep track of meetings, send reminders, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Inbox & Communication Management: Help manage email flow, prioritize messages, and flag important tasks.
- Personal Tasks: From online research to handling returns, organizing personal to-dos, and keeping things streamlined.
- Creative Problem Solving: Find new, more efficient ways to handle tasks, introduce automation, and improve workflows.
- Onsite Tasks (if local): Occasional in-person meetings, handling physical documents, coordinating errands, or assisting with personal tasks.
- Have Fun While Doing It: We don’t do boring—we want someone who enjoys their work and brings a positive, can-do attitude!

Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Asana, or similar project management systems.
A background in admin support, sales operations, or executive assistance.

A natural ability to read between the lines and anticipate needs before they come up.
