Independence Physician Management (IPM), a subsidiary of UHS, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide primary administrative support to the Divisional VP and VP of Physician Operations. Responsibilities include calendar management, travel planning, expense processing, and coordinating meetings.
The role requires an Associate’s degree or technical certificate, 5+ years in office administration, and strong organizational and writing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Independence Physician Management (IPM), a subsidiary of UHS, was formed in 2012 as the physician services unit of UHS. IPM develops and manages multi‑specialty physician networks and urgent care clinics which align with UHS acute care facilities. It also provides select services for the Behavioral Health division of UHS. Through continuing growth, IPM operates in 11 markets across six states and the District of Columbia. The Executive Assistant provides primary administrative and organizational support to the Divisional Vice President (Acute Care) and VP of Physician Operations.
Associate’s Degree/Technical School Certificate required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
