The Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative and organizational support to the CEO, managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and daily priorities. The role requires confidentiality, discretion, professional judgment, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The assistant acts as a key liaison between the CEO and internal employees as well as external clients, facilitating meeting coordination and minutes, following up on commitments, and executing administrative and operational tasks. The position also supports optimization of administrative policies, processes, and decision‑making to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives.
Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.
