UHS is seeking an experienced executive administrative professional to support senior leaders. You will manage calendars, communications, draft reports, and coordinate meetings across the hospital system.
The ideal candidate has an associate degree (bachelor preferred) and at least 5 years in administrative roles, with hospital experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.
This position reports to the CEO and provides executive administrative support for senior officers and executives. Responsibilities include managing executive schedules and communications, analyzing activities and coordinating support, creating and drafting reports, letters, and presentations, managing meetings and related operations, overseeing contract data, and assisting with client/patient issues. The role greets guests and serves as first level of support for senior leaders, supervising reception personnel and contributing to emergency operations and policy development for communication across the facility.
