The Executive Assistant / Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dearborn, Michigan. This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President and leadership team while helping keep the office and core business functions organized and running efficiently.
The role involves managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating correspondence, preparing and organizing documents, and maintaining efficient filing and record-keeping systems. The Executive Assistant / Office Administrator will help coordinate meetings and office operations, facilitate communication between leadership and internal or external stakeholders, and support day-to-day administrative priorities.
This role will also assist with vendor coordination, software subscriptions and renewals, document management, onboarding logistics, contract and operational paperwork, and special projects as business needs evolve. The position requires discretion, strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
