Job description

Executive Virtual Assistant to the CEO (Remote, PH-Based | US Time)

We’re looking for an ambitious and highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO and help drive forward high-impact initiatives in real estate investment, asset management, and AI operations.

This is more than a support role — you'll be the CEO’s right hand, ensuring executive workflows run smoothly and our AI + asset management priorities stay on track.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a reliable virtual assistant in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Research data, tools, trends, and news in the real estate investment space.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting-related tasks.
  • Maintain and update key trackers (occupancy, NOI, CapEx).
  • Organize corporate records, internal documents, and reports.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and event materials.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel logistics, and email follow-ups.
  • Coordinate across departments and support cross-functional projects.
  • Troubleshoot issues and keep operations moving without bottlenecks.
  • Deliver proactive, high-quality administrative support.

**What We’re Looking For**

  • Bachelor's degree from a top Philippine university.
  • Early-career professional (0–3 years of experience).
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Highly independent, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization.
  • Comfortable working U.S. Central Time hours (night shift PH time).
