About the job: Executive Assistant / Entry Level - Remote

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, demonstrate willingness to learn, be resourceful and independent, and take on additional projects and responsibilities. They should have excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities effectively, and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support in a complex team environment
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and conference calls
  • Manage a high volume of phone calls and interact professionally with high-level business leaders and clients
  • Respond to and follow up on client requests
  • Maintain detailed calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and handle related logistics
  • Coordinate with other administrative staff
  • Manage projects and collaborate with various departments
  • Arrange travel and process expense reports
  • Understand and handle issues related to firm policies independently
  • Perform general administrative duties and assist with ad-hoc projects and events
  • Liaise with outside organizations for managers with board seats
  • Interact daily with offices of C-suite clients
