We rely on the Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to the President and to serve as the liaison to the Board of Directors. This position coordinates arrangements for our Board of Directors, Committees, and other meetings by confirming the meeting location, meals, and necessary technology. Additionally, the Executive Assistant plans the Board Strategic Planning Symposium and employee social events, including keeping minutes, preparing agendas, coordinating with vendors, and monitoring the event budget.
