We are seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the office of the President. This individual will serve as a trusted operational partner, providing executive-level administrative support to ensure the seamless execution of the President's daily activities.
Working closely with the Senior Executive Assistant and Deputy Chief of Staff, this role will manage complex calendars, executive travel, meeting preparation, administrative operations, and stakeholder communications while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
