You will craft growth strategies, strengthen advisor relationships, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing and Technology to win market share.

The ideal candidate has deep financial services experience in relationship management, a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a history of expanding annuity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Extensive experience in relationship management, distribution, sales, or partner management within financial services.
• Experience supporting annuity, retirement, wealth management, insurance, or investment products.
• Demonstrated success managing large institutional relationships and influencing senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage executive-level relationships with distributed partners.
• Develop and execute customized business plans aligning partner objectives with growth strategy.
• Serve as the primary contact for home office leaders and key decision-makers.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships to strengthen Prudential's position with partners.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partner firms.
