Job summary

Brighthouse Financial is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the design and evolution of annuity products, partnering across the enterprise to align with strategic objectives and drive growth. The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, distribution and pricing to deliver competitive solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in financial services product design, a strong understanding of annuity products, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
• 10+ years of experience in developing and designing financial services products in senior product management roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive future annuity product design by understanding customer needs, industry trends, risk management and regulatory issues.
• Develop product strategy to support sales and marketing goals.
• Ensure cross-enterprise partnership in the design and development of new annuity products.
• Create consistent and compelling product messaging for retirement solutions.
• Collaborate with Distribution Leadership and the Head of Pricing to meet financial targets.
• Work with Distribution, Client Solutions, Technology, Finance and Legal to align with strategy.
• Provide support for inforce annuity products and seek opportunities to create value for clients, advisors, firms, and the company.
• Be a talent leader by fostering an inclusive work environment.
