Job summary

Harnham in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Senior Workforce Strategy & Analytics Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating workforce and business challenges into data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify trends, present executive-ready narratives, influence decisions, and collaborate with analytics, BI and data science teams to elevate reporting, forecasting and performance initiatives.

The Role

As a Senior Workforce Strategy & Analytics Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping them understand complex workforce and business challenges through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact organizational performance
• Translate complex data and analysis into compelling, executive-ready narratives and presentations
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams, providing clear business context and strategic guidance
• Influence decision-making through evidence-based recommendations and commercial thinking
• Support workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and performance initiatives
• Identify patterns and opportunities that can improve business outcomes and operational performance
• Collaborate with analytics, BI, and data science teams to enhance reporting, forecasting, and insight capabilities
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and establish analytics as a key driver of business strategy
• Help shape and evolve the organization's analytics advisory capability

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in consulting, strategy, business advisory, analytics, or transformation roles
• Proven ability to engage with and influence senior executives and leadership teams
• Excellent data storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and compelling way
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking with a track record of turning insights into business outcomes
• Experience presenting recommendations, challenging assumptions, and driving stakeholder engagement
• Background working within large, complex, and data-rich organizations
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical business recommendations
• Experience within financial services, professional services, consulting, or other highly analytical environments is highly desirable
• Exposure to workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, people analytics, or operating model transformation would be beneficial but is not essential
