The Role

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, using analytics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and influence workforce decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with senior HR and business leaders to provide actionable workforce insights
• Translating complex analytical findings into compelling, executive-level narratives and presentations
• Presenting and defending recommendations with confidence, clarity, and commercial awareness
• Identifying workforce trends, risks, and opportunities across talent, performance, retention, succession planning, and workforce planning
• Influencing decision‑making through data storytelling and strategic advisory support
• Collaborating with analytics, BI, and data science teams to enhance reporting and predictive capabilities
• Building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and driving the adoption of data‑led decision‑making
• Contributing to the ongoing development and vision of a mature analytics function

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in business analytics, workforce analytics, enterprise analytics, or strategic advisory roles
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect analytics to business outcomes
• Experience working within large, complex, data-rich organisations
• Ability to challenge assumptions, provide credible recommendations, and drive constructive discussions
• Familiarity with business intelligence, data visualisation, and predictive analytics approaches
• Exposure to financial services, professional services, or other highly analytical environments would be beneficial
• Advanced business education or an MBA is advantageous but not essential
