They are looking to add a Head of Strategy, Solutions and Analytics to the organization, responsible for leading a team. The role combines strategic consulting, analytical leadership and customer advisory work, with responsibility for turning complex findings into clear commercial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Set the team’s strategy, priorities and standards, strengthening its contribution across the business
• Lead customer engagements, define the business questions that matter and shape the analysis needed to answer them
• Develop compelling business cases that quantify value and support senior stakeholders and decision makers
• Act as a strategic adviser to customers, challenging assumptions and recommending practical courses of action
• Translate insights from customer work into recommendations for product development, commercial strategy and new opportunities
• Develop the team’s capabilities, improving analytical judgment, presentation quality and consistency of delivery
• A background in strategy consulting, customer-facing analytics or analytical advisory work
• Experience leading teams and developing talent, with evidence of improving performance and expanding responsibilities
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical workstreams
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior customers and executives, defending conclusions and influencing decisions
• Sufficient analytical depth to challenge methods, interrogate findings and assess whether the evidence supports a recommendation
• Experience in B2B technology or a growing business is valuable; prior sector expertise is not essential
