WRITER in San Francisco or Seattle is seeking a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts, translating the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact and guiding executives through an AI-first operating model.

You’ll build C-suite relationships, define JTBD frameworks, and drive value realization from AI adoption. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology, shaping product roadmap and enterprise-scale outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for large enterprises.
• Ability to set vision and translate capabilities into measurable P&L impact.
• Exceptional executive presence and communications skills.
• Experience building C-suite relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Fortune 50-100 accounts and lead ROI/value initiatives with a success manager.
• Set vision and define JTBD framework with leadership to drive AI adoption.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor for AI initiatives.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery through analysis and business reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs and manage escalations and risk.
• Identify expansion opportunities with sales for cross-sell/upsell.
• Develop decks and playbooks to scale transformation across teams.
