Job summary

WRITER is seeking a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts, translating the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact. You’ll shape change at the executive level, moving from AI experimentation to full-scale value realization and influencing WRITER’s product roadmap.

You will sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology, guiding complex, cross-functional programs and reporting to the Director of AI Transformation and Success.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 clients.
• Proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
• Mastery of change management and translating capabilities to measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional executive presence for board-level presentations and cross-functional leadership.
• Curious mindset with active listening and strong strategy orientation.
• Background in management consulting or strategy advisory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Fortune 50-100 accounts and lead ROI/value initiatives with success manager.
• Set vision and define JTBD framework with leadership to drive AI adoption.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as trusted advisor to prioritize AI at exec level.
• Lead value realization by analyzing P&L impact through surveys and interviews.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and risk management.
• Identify expansion opportunities with sales for cross-sell and upsell.
• Scale transformation playbooks, decks, and communications for the team.
