Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 8+ years of experience; MBA preferred.
• Experience in strategy, consulting and digital transformation; top-tier consulting valued.
• Demonstrated work with AI, Data and Digital & Technology and business strategy.
• Ability to create executive-ready visuals communicating complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership on AI, data and transformation strategy.
• Lead strategic analyses and distill recommendations for executives.
• Translate strategy into executable plans with defined metrics.
• Prepare and present strategic communications and briefings.
• Tell CBRE's Digital & Technology and AI transformation story to diverse audiences.
• Build trusted relationships across lines and with external partners.
• Demonstrate CBRE's RISE values and influence at senior levels.
• Lead to outcomes across customer, operations, and project activities.
• Explain difficult information within broad guidelines.
