Job summary

Faraday Future is seeking an AI Corporate Strategy Associate to act as the analytical engine behind an AI-native operating model. You will map current operations, identify AI-driven replacements, and design dashboards and prototypes to inform leadership decisions.

Ideal candidates are technically strong recent graduates with hands-on AI experience, capable of working onsite in El Segundo, CA, and prepared to collaborate with senior executives on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, EE, Robotics, or closely related field, completed or expected within 6 months; strong business/AI double-majors considered
• Deep curiosity about, and hands-on experience with, LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL for analysis and prototyping
• Strong structured thinking and data-driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives
• Product mindset: treat company operations as a problem to define and iterate
• Ability to work 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Support the design of the company's AI-First strategic roadmap, operating model, and organizational structure
• Map current business, product, and organizational processes, and identify what can be replaced, simplified, or consolidated by AI agents and automation
• Build analyses, models, and prototypes (using code and AI tools) to evaluate options, quantify impact, and support leadership decisions
• Prototype AI agents and automated dashboards for real-time leadership visibility into strategy, business, and execution
• Help run a lightweight operating cadence anchored on data and AI-assisted decision-making
• Prepare executive briefings, decision memos, and board-level materials that are clear and decision-ready
• Partner with the AI Operations team to use internal operations as the first user and validation ground
• Track strategic initiatives, surface risks early, and remove blockers across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams
• Research the AI, robotics, and mobility landscape and turn findings into recommendations
