Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of AI/ML work experience.
• Publications in top AI/ML venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or related conferences.
• Strong fundamentals in AI/ML and current state-of-the-art knowledge.
• Experience with statistical analysis, experimental design, and benchmarks.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate on multiple research projects with data scientists and engineers across businesses.
• Formulate problems, develop algorithms, run experiments, and deliver high-quality code.
• Contribute to reusable assets, products, and research initiatives.
• Present findings through white papers, publications, and talks.
• Own portfolio directions and engage stakeholders to drive impact.
