Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with relevant AI/ML research and 4+ years of experience.
• Publications in top AI/ML venues (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR) or related conferences.
• Strong communication to technical and business audiences.
• Hands-on Python development with tests in collaborative projects.
• Experience leading AI researchers and partnering with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Translate research into production-ready solutions and reusable components.
• Deep expertise in multi-agent systems and reinforcement learning.
• Hands-on engagement with design, evaluation, and code in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple AI research projects with internal data scientists and engineers across businesses.
• Formulate problems, develop algorithms, run experiments, and publish results.
• Contribute to high-impact business applications and reusable assets.
• Provide thought leadership through white papers, publications, and presentations.
• Own portfolio directions and drive strategic engagement with stakeholders.
