Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chief Data & Analytics Office seeks a Machine Learning Director to lead advanced ML initiatives in NLP, speech analytics, and recommendation systems. You will work with business, technology and control partners to deploy production solutions and advance AI capabilities responsible and safely.

Ideal candidates have strong DL expertise, a PhD or MS with extensive experience, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration and experimentation within a large financial services

Qualifications

• PhD in quantitative discipline or MS with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in NLP, speech analytics and recommender systems.
• Hands-on with DL toolkits and scalable ML pipelines.
• Ability to design experiments and measure model performance.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop advanced ML methods across NLP, speech, time-series and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business, technology and compliance to deploy production models.
• Lead large-scale ML frameworks and cross-team knowledge sharing.
• Communicate complex results clearly to technical and business audiences.
