Job summary

Cresta is seeking an AI Strategist to lead the embedded AI strategy for customers, turning conversations into prioritized plans and measurable results. You will identify opportunities, build roadmaps, and ensure deployments deliver business impact.

You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers and Product Managers, communicating with CX, Operations, and IT leadership to translate data into ROI-focused insights and actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology consulting, strategy, product, analytics, implementation, or customer success roles, ideally with AI or LLM-first products.
• Experience building roadmaps, prioritizing by ROI, and writing business cases approved by senior stakeholders.
• Strong data skills; comfortable analyzing conversation/operational data and designing experiments like A/B tests.
• Hands-on understanding of LLM-based AI agents, prompts, tools, and retrieval-augmented generation.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation and augmentation opportunities across customer contact centers and CX operations.
• Prioritize initiatives by ROI and build business cases for each.
• Maintain and evolve the enterprise AI roadmap and align stakeholders on priorities.
• Pilot and measure AI capabilities, coordinating with FDEs/FDPMs and customer teams.
