Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an AI-native thinker to work with our CEO and ELT to drive AI-driven transformation across the company. You will design and deploy AI agents that solve real business problems and shape product roadmaps with firsthand signals.

This role emphasizes first principles thinking, strong data fluency, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to executives. Software engineering is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in technology, consulting, or a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated experience building AI agents with multi-step workflows.
• Strong data fluency: SQL, Python, or equivalent.
• First principles thinking: break problems down to fundamentals.
• Exceptional communication: translate technical concepts for executives.
• Low ego with high initiative across organization levels.
• Computer science degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents that solve real business problems across Snowflake functions.
• Partner with product teams to shape what gets built and inform the roadmap.
• Drive transformation by embedding with teams and delivering AI-powered solutions.
• Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and executive team with data-backed insights.
• Define and demonstrate an AI-powered operating model at Snowflake and scale it company-wide.
