Job summary

BlueCloud Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer/Architect to lead enterprise-grade AI solutions on Snowflake Cortex.

You will design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications, focusing on Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and secure governance for complex business use cases across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executives. The role requires deep hands-on expertise with Snowflake Cortex native features, Cortex Agents, CoWork, and AI functions, plus strong architectural thinking

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Data Platforms.
• Minimum 2+ years building production-grade Generative AI or LLM apps.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions on Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and evaluating Agentic AI apps.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions using Snowflake Cortex.
• Define AI architecture, retrieval strategies, embedding models, and semantic search patterns.
• Build scalable, secure, and governed AI applications following enterprise best practices.
• Develop AI apps using Cortex Complete, Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Agents, Cortex AI Functions, and CoWork.
• Leverage Snowflake native AI capabilities to build intelligent assistants and copilots.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines with hybrid search, indexing, and context optimization.
• Create autonomous AI agents with Cortex Agents and Planner–Tool–Executor–Refiner workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with SQL, APIs, and business workflows; monitor performance.
