Snowflake seeks an AI-native, first-principles thinker to work with the CEO and ELT, driving AI-enabled change across teams by designing and deploying agents that solve real business problems.

Based in Menlo Park, CA, you will partner with product, data, and engineering to shape what gets built, automate reporting, and scale an AI-powered operating model across the company. This is a high-visibility role for early-career professionals who want to influence strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in technology, consulting, or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated experience building AI agents — designing multi-step agentic workflows and autonomous AI pipelines.
• Strong data fluency: able to query, analyze, and reason about data (SQL, Python).
• First principles thinking: break problems down to fundamentals and rebuild from there.
• Exceptional communication: translate tech concepts into business impact for executives.
• Low ego, high agency: comfortable operating behind the scenes across the organization.
• CS degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents that solve real business problems across Snowflake functions.
• Partner with product teams to shape what gets built and inform the roadmap.
• Embed with teams to understand workflows and deploy AI-powered solutions.
• Stress-test strategies and surface data-backed insights for leadership.
• Define and demonstrate an AI-powered operating model and scale it company-wide.
