An expanding wealth management firm is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant who enjoys bringing order to a busy day. Supporting the Founder, you’ll coordinate schedules, stay ahead of follow-ups, and make sure meetings, events, and everyday office needs are handled well.
The role offers variety, close collaboration with leadership, and room to contribute ideas that improve how the office runs.
Candidates must have wealth management experience and practical Salesforce skills.
Organize the Founder’s schedule and resolve meeting conflicts.
Review the executive inbox, flag urgent items, draft replies, and track outstanding requests.
Arrange travel and coordinate meeting and event logistics.
Welcome callers and provide responsive, professional client support.
Update Salesforce and keep client interactions and next steps organized.
Take care of office details and identify more efficient ways to complete recurring tasks.
At least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience using multiple business systems.
A background in wealth management and hands‑on Salesforce experience.
Proven responsibility for executive email and calendar management.
Strong organization, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
Confidence with Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and learning new technology.
Supporting a founder or senior business leader.
