Position Overview
Reporting to the Managing Director, Operations & Chief of Staff, this role provides primary support to the CEO and President, and the firm, and owning office management responsibilities.
This is a highly visible position requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior executives
- Coordinate travel for the team
- Anticipate executive needs by staying several steps ahead-identifyingconflicts, managing competing priorities, and proposing solutions before issues arise
- Coordinate andfacilitatemeetings
- Answer and manage phone communications professionally
- Prepare meeting materials andassistwith follow-up actions
- Arrange and host client visits, ensuring a seamless experience
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for taking on a wide range of projects, flexing across functions, and contributing wherever needed to support firm-wide priorities
Office Management
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions
- Serve as a key point of contact for office-related needs
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, andlogistics
- Assistwith special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed
- Foster a welcoming and professional office environment
Qualifications
- Executive Assistant experience preferred, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience
- Industry experience is notrequired; candidates from various backgrounds will be considered
- Operates with a no-task-too-small mindset, proactively removing barriers,anticipatingleadership needs, and stepping in across both traditional and non-traditional responsibilities to ensure priorities are executed seamlessly

Compensation
- Base Salary: $75,000-$120,000, depending on experience
