AccountStaff, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership.

You will coordinate calendars, manage meetings, arrange travel, and prepare confidential summaries to power strategic initiatives. In a fast-paced environment, you will create polished PowerPoint presentations, reports, and correspondence for executive audiences, while maintaining discretion and high organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational skills for handling changing priorities and complex schedules.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
