What You’ll DoProvide high-level administrative and executive support to the Center Director and leadership team.Serve as the Center’s lead administrative assistant by coordinating, prioritizing, and delegating administrative tasks.Schedule meetings, coordinate conference calls, manage visitors, prepare correspondence, and arrange travel as needed.Prepare reports, conduct research, process information, and maintain accurate records and documentation.Track Center contracts, deliverables, reports, requests, and correspondence to ensure timely completion.Support Human Resources with personnel information processing, data entry, reporting, and fringe benefit administration. Handle sensitive personnel, student, and operational information with strict confidentiality and discretion.Coordinate and distribute the Center’s weekly newsletter and prepare meeting minutes.Maintain Job Corps systems, databases, files, libraries, and other organizational records.Provide administrative support and training to staff while collaborating across departments.Identify problems, recommend solutions, and follow through to ensure issues are resolved.Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and established deadlines. Advanced degrees preferred. A minimum of five years advanced administrative experience required. Degree or certification from an accredited or certified training program in clerical or administration preferred.
