Tarantino Properties is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Houston, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal/external communications
- Coordinate and manage meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up action items
- Assist with multifamily portfolio reporting, including compiling operational and financial data
- Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documentation
- Support transaction processes such as acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and due diligence
- Track key deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones across multiple initiatives
- Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and budget tracking as needed
- Assist with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives within the multifamily division
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and anticipate executive needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3–7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in real estate, multifamily, or professional services
- Demonstrated ability to assist with or prepare operating budgets
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with real estate software platforms (e.g., OneSite, Yardi, or similar) is a plus
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Familiarity with multifamily operations
- Experience supporting multiple executives or a team
- Ability to analyze basic financial or operational reports
- Project coordination or project management experience
