Job summary

Yoh is seeking an Exchange & SaaS Support Engineer to manage end-user support for Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Box. This contract-to-hire role in Fort Mill, SC, hybrid work arrangement, focuses on license administration, policy troubleshooting, mailbox management, and automation through PowerShell.

Applicants should have 2+ years in Microsoft app support, experience with Box and OneDrive, and familiarity with ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-user support for Microsoft apps (Outlook, Teams).
• 2+ years Box administration and end-user troubleshooting.
• 1–2 years ServiceNow experience.
• 1–2 years OneDrive administration.
• 1+ year PowerShell scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 end-user support for Messaging and SaaS tools (Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Box).
• Support Microsoft 365 account and license administration.
• Apply and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams policies.
• Mailbox maintenance and access management.
• Support message archiving, retrieval, and deletion.
• Troubleshoot end-user collaboration and messaging issues.
• Create and maintain process and environment documentation.
• Support and develop ServiceNow ticket automation.
• Create/modify PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations.

Exchange & SaaS Support Engineer

12 month contract/contract to hire

Fort Mill, SC (Hybrid)

Job Overview

The Exchange & SaaS Support Engineer will participate in the overall management and end-user support of the organization’s Messaging and SaaS offerings. This position will primarily provide support to the end-user population for Exchange Online, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Box, including Microsoft 365 account and license administration. Experience with additional Microsoft 365 components is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 end-user support for Messaging and SaaS-based tools, including:
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft OneDrive
  • Box
• Support Microsoft 365 account and license administration
• Apply and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams policies
• Perform mailbox maintenance and access management
• Support message archiving, retrieval, and deletion
• Troubleshoot end-user collaboration and messaging issues
• Create and maintain process and environment documentation
• Support and develop ServiceNow ticket automation
• Create and modify PowerShell scripts to automate recurring tasks
• Partner with other technical teams to resolve complex infrastructure and application issues
• Participate in on-call support rotations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience providing end-user support for Microsoft applications, specifically:
  • Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams
• 2+ years of experience with basic Box administration and end-user troubleshooting
• 1–2 years of experience working with ServiceNow
• 1–2 years of experience administering and supporting OneDrive
• 1+ year of experience creating and modifying PowerShell scripts to automate recurring tasks
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience supporting Exchange Online
• Experience with Microsoft 365 account and licensing administration
• Experience with mailbox and access management
• Exposure to additional Microsoft 365 technologies
• Relevant and current technical certifications
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple technical teams
• Desire to learn and support emerging cloud technologies
• Hands-on experience working within complex enterprise infrastructure environments
• Experience within a highly regulated industry
• Previous participation in an on-call support rotation

Estimated Min Rate: $49.00

Estimated Max Rate: $70.00
