Qualifications

• Three years' experience in merchandising/retail or related areas.
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of inventory, shrink, loss prevention and customer service processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations to meet established sales and profit goals; implement NEXCOM policies and procedures.
• Coordinate operations with department managers and supervisors.
• Provide uniform merchandise and assistance to military customers; conduct staff meetings.
• Develop and monitor activity budget; manage funds within prescribed limits.
• Represent the activity at meetings and provide input on progress and goal achievements.
• Oversee personnel management and review equipment and supply requests.
