Qualifications

• Hazmat training within 90 days of hire.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

• General merchandising/retail experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for performance and mission effectiveness of the Exchange and assigned departments.
• Plan and direct all operations to achieve sales and profit goals; implement policies and coordinate with department managers.
• Oversee uniform merchandise and customer service to military customers.
• Lead meetings to ensure proper program implementation and customer service standards.
• Prepare and manage the activity budget and control funds within limits.
