Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for performance and mission effectiveness of the Exchange and/or assigned departments.
• Plans and directs operations to achieve sales and profit goals; coordinates with department managers.
• Responsible for uniform merchandise and assistance to military customers.
• Conducts meetings to ensure proper implementation of programs and customer service.
• Prepares activity budget, manages funds, and generates required reports.
• Represents the activity at meetings and provides input on progress.
