Job summary

The Joyce Companies is seeking an equipment operator in Massachusetts to perform grading and site utility tasks. The role requires experience with compact skid steers, subgrading, and finish grading using grading lasers, plus relevant licenses.

Candidates should have knowledge of septic systems, sewer work, drainage, and water utilities, and be able to read grading plans. Overtime opportunities are available, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience operating compact skid steers.
• Experience establishing subgrades.
• Finish grading using grading lasers.
• Knowledge of subgrading and finish grading.
• Knowledge of septic systems, sewer work, drainage and water utilities.
• Ability to read and implement grading and site utility plans.
• Massachusetts Hoisting License required.
• Massachusetts driver’s license required.
• Additional equipment experience is a plus.
• Experience with total stations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to complete grading and site utility tasks.
• Possess self-motivation, dependability, and teamwork.
• 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities.
