Job summary

The Joyce Companies is seeking skilled equipment operators in Massachusetts. Ideal candidates will have experience operating compact skid steers, establishing subgrades, and performing finish grading using grading lasers.

Knowledge of subgrading, finish grading, septic systems, sewer work, drainage, and water utilities is essential. You must read and implement grading and site utility plans and hold a Massachusetts Hoisting License and a MA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience operating compact skid steers and performing grading tasks.
• Ability to read and implement grading and site utility plans.
• Massachusetts Hoisting License is required; valid MA driver’s license also required.
• Experience with grading lasers and subgrade work is needed.
• Experience with total stations is a plus.
• Additional equipment experience is a plus.
