Job summary

The Joyce Companies in Massachusetts is seeking skilled equipment operators to join our crew. You will operate compact skid steers, establish subgrades, and perform finish grading using grading lasers and plan readings. A MA Hoisting License and MA driver’s license are required, with total stations a plus.

Position Requirements

For equipment operator positions, candidates must have:

• Experience operating compact skid steers
• Experience establishing subgrades and performing finish grading using grading lasers
• Knowledge of subgrading, finish grading, septic systems, sewer work, drainage, and water utility work
• Ability to read and implement grading and site utility plans
• A Massachusetts Hoisting License
• A valid Massachusetts driver#39;s license
• Additional equipment experience is a plus
• Experience with total stations is a plus
