Job summary

Joyce Companies is seeking equipment operators in Massachusetts to handle compact skid steers and perform subgrade and finish grading with lasers. Candidates should know grading, septic systems, sewer work, drainage, and water utilities, and be able to read and execute grading plans.

Massachusetts Hoisting License and a valid MA driver’s license are required. Total stations experience is a plus, and candidates should be self-motivated, dependable, and team oriented.

• Experience operating compact skid steers.
• Experience establishing subgrades and finish grading using grading lasers.
• Knowledge of subgrading, finish grading, septic systems, sewer work, drainage, and water utility work.
• Ability to read and implement grading and site utility plans.
