Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant IT focus or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating testing centers or computer labs is a plus.
• Strong communication and technical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and improve college testing center and computer lab environments.
• Manage scheduling, staff training, and data-driven planning for testing spaces.
