Position: Testing Center Coordinator, College of Arts and Sciences Undergraduate Testing Center. The role oversees daily operations, staffing, scheduling, training, equipment, and exam security for undergraduate exams not requiring ARS accommodations. Serves as the primary contact for faculty, students, and campus partners regarding the Testing Center and ensures compliance with university policies and data security requirements.

In partnership with faculty, staff and graduate students, OASIS provides thoughtful, innovative and sustainable technical solutions to advance the College’s mission to ‘prepare people to solve the world’s most challenging problems.’ Information Services provides technology solutions and services in support of the College of Arts and Science’s mission; specifically, it puts a personal face on technology services, delivering ‘hands-on’ personal, network and instructional technology support to the College community. The Office: (1) coordinates all information technology services at the College level; (2) establishes and implements College level computing policy and procedures; (3) represents and advocates information technology interests of the College to the broader community; and (4) acts as the primary liaison between the College and University Information Technology Services. The Office reports directly to the Dean’s office, College of Arts and Sciences.
The Testing Center Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the College of Arts and Sciences Undergraduate Testing Center. This role ensures smooth administration of exams for undergraduate students who are not registered with Accessibility Resource Services (ARS) and who do not require accommodations provided by ARS. The Coordinator manages staffing, scheduling, training, equipment, and exam security, while providing high-quality service to students, faculty, and staff. The Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for faculty, students, and campus partners regarding the Testing Center and ensures compliance with university policies, procedures, and data security requirements. Specific responsibilities include:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Bookings. Ability to manage electronic filing systems, folder permissions, and data security settings in alignment with university IT policies. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience working in a higher education setting. Prior supervisory or scheduling experience. Familiarity with exam administration, proctoring, or testing center operations.
