Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include an associate degree with 3 years IT experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 1 year IT experience, or a technical bachelor’s degree with related experience.
• Ability to provide end-user IT support for faculty, staff, and graduate assistants.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple ITS teams and maintain inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user remote and deskside support to faculty, staff, and departmental lab computers.
• Maintain and inventory computer equipment for the Bryan School and related labs.
• Assist with grant-funded research IT needs, installations, maintenance, and software support.
• Collaborate with ITS Engineering, Security, Networking, and Application Management teams.
• Support data management and data recovery efforts and assist with security compliance.
