Job summary

West Coast University seeks a Proctor to assist with the administration of paper/pencil and computer-based quizzes, tests, and exams for students. You will ensure ongoing compliance with testing policies, laws, regulations, procedures, and university accreditation standards.

In this role you will support applicants, students, and faculty with testing parameters, schedule proctored exams, and prepare materials for secure testing sites, while maintaining a quiet, compliant testing environment.

• Requires limited job knowledge of systems and procedures.
• Experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to applicants, students, and faculty with academic testing parameters according to WCU, ADA, and testing agency requirements.
• Schedule proctored admissions and challenge exams; schedule term/semester tests and make-up tests.
• Prepare, assemble, and transport appropriate test materials to test sites while maintaining confidentiality and security.
• Evaluate testing environment prior to, during, and after proctored tests to ensure test security and integrity.
