Job summary

West Coast University is seeking a Proctor to assist with the administration of quizzes, tests, and exams for students. You will ensure compliance with testing policies, ADA, and accreditation standards within a student-centered environment.

You will schedule proctored admissions and exams, prepare and transport materials, and monitor testing environments to maintain security and integrity. Evening and weekend availability is required; a high school diploma is required with an associate degree

Qualifications

• Requires limited job knowledge of systems and procedures. Follows basic work routines and standards.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule; primarily evenings and weekends
• Standing for extended time may be required

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to West Coast University applicants/candidates, students, and faculty with academic testing parameters according to WCU, ADA, and testing agency requirements.
• Scheduling proctored admissions and challenge exams; schedules term/semester tests and make-up tests.
• Preparing, assembling, and transporting appropriate test materials to test sites in to maintain confidentiality and security.
• Evaluating testing environment prior to, during, and after a proctored test to ensure test security, education integrity and appropriate and quiet atmosphere.
