This Inside Sales and Customer Service role supports daily sales operations, builds strong customer relationships, and handles order entry with precision in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in inside sales or related roles, are proficient with MS Office, and can manage multiple projects with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inside sales, customer service and/or marketing experience.
• Experience with building materials or industrial products is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM basics is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales operations for a building materials distribution center.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers based on trust and competence.
• Able to handle detailed work quickly and accurately while supporting multiple projects.
• Enter orders, quotes, and track customer information, following established policies.
